1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 4k99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 4k99 website at https://4k99.io and all associated services, products, and features.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager on the 4k99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you are accessing the 4k99 platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 4k99 platform regardless of the device used (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method) and regardless of the service accessed (sportsbook, live casino, slots, specialty games, or any other current or future product offered by 4k99).

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 4k99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4k99 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and legal persons other than individuals may not register accounts on 4k99.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from 4k99 without that exclusion having formally lapsed.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 4k99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms.

4k99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 4k99 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are required to supply your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number, and a chosen password. All information provided must match the identification documents you will be asked to submit during the verification process.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4k99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4k99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified 4k99 in writing that your account has been compromised.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 4k99 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 4k99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 4k99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifecycle at 4k99's discretion, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months) showing your name and address.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet registered in your name, or bank statement for bank transfer methods).
• A selfie holding your identification document, taken on request by the verification team.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 4k99 aims to process KYC documents within 24–72 hours of receipt during normal business hours (BST, UTC+6).

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4k99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment method availability may vary from time to time and 4k99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card and bank transfer methods.
• Deposits are credited to your 4k99 account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes from the time of successful payment confirmation.
• 4k99 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 4k99 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to that account. If that method is unavailable, 4k99 will use an alternative verified method at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the time of the request. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically the fastest, often processing within 10–30 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if a security review has been triggered on the account.
• 4k99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether the account has previously passed KYC.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on the 4k99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 4k99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is their responsibility and 4k99 bears no liability for conversion rates or fees applied.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

4k99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all 4k99 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• 4k99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, or that any abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a technical error has occurred in connection with a bonus claim.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The 4k99 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players completing their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been accepted by the 4k99 platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance unless the specific bet type explicitly provides a cash-out or edit facility and that facility is available for the relevant market at the time of the request.

6.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error resulting in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, with incorrect handicaps, or on a market that should not have been available, 4k99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. No additional compensation is payable in such circumstances. Deliberate exploitation of obvious pricing errors is prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. 4k99 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns indicate professional or arbitrage activity that is not consistent with recreational betting.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all other international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In-play bets accepted after the outcome has already been determined due to a data feed delay will be voided. Rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, and abandoned match policies are detailed in the individual sport-specific rules available within the sportsbook section.

7Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the 4k99 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are set by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface.

All slot games and random-outcome casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each slot title are published in the game's information panel. Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the physical game being dealt.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin that has already been initiated and accepted, the game will be resolved in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy. 4k99 cannot intervene in game round outcomes once they have been initiated on the provider's platform.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4k99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct voided:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events covered by the 4k99 sportsbook.
• Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or bonus loopholes to generate guaranteed profits without genuine risk.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, affiliates, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Conducting transactions that are connected to illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or the proceeds of crime. 4k99 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name or making deposits on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 4k99 platform — including but not limited to the 4k99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 4k99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 4k99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 4k99 platform or its content without prior written consent from 4k99.

10Privacy and Data

4k99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://4k99.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account on 4k99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4k99 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, fulfil responsible gaming obligations, comply with legal requirements, and improve the platform. 4k99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is transmitted over HTTPS using 256-bit SSL encryption. Data is stored on secure servers with access limited to authorised personnel only. 4k99 retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure in order to satisfy anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4k99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 4k99 platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 4k99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4k99's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to your 4k99 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4k99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures) are outside 4k99's control and 4k99 accepts no liability for losses arising from such events.

The outcome of all bets and casino game rounds is determined by chance and/or skill. 4k99 makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to future winnings, expected returns, or the profitability of any betting strategy. Gambling involves financial risk and players may lose money. 4k99 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform.

12Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by 4k99

4k99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is involved in fraudulent activity, or that a security concern requires immediate action. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals.

12.2 Termination by 4k99

Following investigation, 4k99 may permanently close your account if a breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, 4k99 reserves the right to void any outstanding bets, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any balance pending outcome of the investigation. Any real-money balance not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 4k99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, 4k99 will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding bets. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under Section 13.

13Responsible Gaming

4k99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 4k99 account holders at no charge, accessible via the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 4k99 account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

Where the changes are significant, 4k99 may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, though such notification is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute a condition of the amendment being effective.

Your continued use of the 4k99 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 4k99 platform, you agree to first contact the 4k99 support team and allow a reasonable period of no less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal proceedings.

4k99 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. Any complaint regarding bet settlement, payment processing, account management, or bonus terms should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence.

In all disputes regarding the settlement of bets, the decision of 4k99's trading team — made after review of all available evidence including platform logs, data feeds, and official result sources — shall be final and binding.
